Math Awards
Way to go to Laila and Quentin for completing their Aleks Math program this year! We are so proud of your hard work.

Perseverance
Way to go to all the scholars working so diligently to complete assignments! We’re proud of you! We’re so glad to see you learning and growing. The highlights of our week are time spent with YOU! You make all of this happen.
As teachers, we couldn’t do this without you. Our greatest joy is seeing you push yourself beyond what you could imagine. We know this happens through perseverance and the working of the Spirit within in.
Keep growing. Praise God for what He has given you the strength to do. Trust Him in the tasks that seem too hard to accomplish. Persevere.
Love,
Mrs. Cook-Kelley, Mr. Lewis, Mrs. Rust, and Pastor Derrick

Grades| 4th Nine Weeks
I just want to start by saying THANK YOU! All students and parents worked extremely hard this past week to make sure assignments were complete and meetings were attended!
We all learned that this past week was an adjustment on all ends, and we are slowly working through problems to make sure every program is up and running efficiently.
After reviewing assignments from last week, we have noticed that many students are not attempting to complete work. In order to keep accountability for work assigned and provide accurate feedback to students completing tasks, teachers will begin keeping grades for work assigned during online learning. Most of these grades will be participation grades and will reflect the effort students are giving during this time.
If you have been working and attending Zoom meetings, you have nothing to worry about. This is simply to help encourage others to start keeping track of assignments and participating in classroom discussions.
This is a trying time, but we must try to continue practicing academic skills in order to continue growing! Online school still counts and school. We expect our UCA scholars to give their very best during this time. We also hope this allows families to be more apart of what we’re learning. 🙂
Teachers will be getting grades together over the next week and providing feedback on assignments.
As always, we’re so proud to be a part of the UCA family with you all. Please reach out with any questions you may have.

Zoom Meetings Update| April 1
Hey guys! We’ve had to make a few adjustments to the way we send out Zoom Meeting ID numbers. Because of security reasons, we’ve taken down our personal ID numbers. We will send your team a link through the email (unitedchristianacademyms@gmail.com) on your Chromebook. Let us know if you have trouble accessing this!
All homeroom classes will have a meeting today to try out the Zoom app.
